At Fabric Wholesale Direct, we strive for perfection in every yard, but if your order isn't quite right, you can return unwashed and uncut fabric within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-cut items and clearance goods are final sale to ensure the highest quality for all our customers.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unwashed, uncut fabric in its original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned yardage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
